Mindful Yoga
Smooth connection of breath, stillness, and spinal tension release
About this practice
Mindful yoga with Naty blends vinyasa flow, grounding hatha holds, and deep restorative stillness. This connection enables fluid transitions between postures, where we pause and create space for genuine inner expansion.
We specifically address chronic tension accumulated throughout the workday - particularly in the neck, upper back, shoulder blades, and stiff thoracic spine. Mindful holds become transformative moments where we cultivate embodied presence.
It is never about forcing the external shape of a posture, but about breathing into tight spaces and carrying centered calm into your everyday life.
